Junzhe Ji received his PhD from Glasgow University Business School and joined the School of Economics and Management, Tongji university, Shanghai in 2011. He currently is a lecturer in Management and als a co-faculty of Shanghai International MBA programme. The research interests of Dr. Junzhe Ji cover international entry mode decision, strategic decision-making process of Chinese private firms, and cultural studies. His paper "Does Confucian Dynamism Complement the OLI Framework? A Study of Chinese Private Firms", coauthored with Prof. Pavlos Dimitratos, won EIBA (European International Business Academy) Award on Best Paper on Emerging Markets in the 36th European International Business Academy Annual Conference, Dec. 2010, Porto.
